All MarqART products are a labor of passion, individually handcrafted by master craftsman Randy West and his family. 

Every artwork created by Randy is unique and the larger items are hand signed in gold ink.  This is a far cry from the dime-a-dozen synthetic products available on the supermarket, department store, and Wal-Mart shelves. 

When you buy a MarqART Wood Design, you are buying a functional piece of artwork guaranteed to last for generations.  The natural texture and color of wood grains makes each piece unique and a true work of art. 

MarqART Wood Designs is a small family run business.  Every MarqART Wood Design is meticulously assembled by Randy and his family through a labor-intensive, proprietary process that combines the best practices of traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques of production perfected over a quarter of a century.  

Special care and individual hand inspections are performed from the start of the process, all the way to the end including packaging and shipping.  These are done to make sure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality have been performed when creating your product.

We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products.  Each MarqART product is hand assembled when an order is received.  Each one is an individual and unique creation.  We hand inspect and package each one so that when it leaves our facility it is perfect.  The typical reaction from our customers is one of joy and satisfaction along with repeat orders and referrals to their friends and family.  

Nevertheless, sometimes items are damaged in shipping.  If this is the case, we need to know right away so we can file an insurance claim with the shipper.  We also want you to be totally happy with your MarqART Wood Design choice and we have a No Questions Asked 30 day return policy, if for some reason you are not happy with our product.  

You are free to exchange your purchase, get store credit that you can use to buy something else, or even get a refund within 30 days.

To process returns please follow the following steps:
  1. Log in to your account with email address and password.  You will find the email address used on your invoice if you do not remember it.  
  2. Click on My Account and select the invoice for the product you wish to return.
  3. Click on Add New RMA and select the product you want to return, tell us the reason for the return, and click Save RMA.  
  4. This will start the returns process.  We will quickly send you an email with your RMA #.  Please wait until you hear from us with the RMA# before shipping the product.
  5. Please ship the product in proper and safe packaging.  Products damaged due to careless handling or in-transit damages may not be eligible for the 30 days returns guarantee.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for shipping returned items.  We do not refund shipping charges and these will be deducted where free shipping is availed.  No credit is given for items damaged during their return shipping.  We strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Returns may have some handling and restocking charges which varies according to the specific product being returned and will be outlined at the time of processing the return.
